The Hubbard Public Library was located in the City Hall until 2011. The community formed a committee to raise funds to build a new library in the business district.

1st Wednesday of the Month 9:00am – 7:00pm

Thursday: 12:30pm – 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
